Ghaith Designs is a one person design studio operated by Ghaith Alryahneh. This policy explains what information is collected through this website, why it is collected, and what is never done with it.
Mobile information is never sold or shared. No mobile phone numbers and no SMS consent collected on this site are ever sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to communicate with you about your own project.
What is collected
The quote form on this site collects only what is needed to answer you:
- Your name and your business name
- Your email address
- Your city and state
- Your mobile phone number, which is optional
- What you are looking for and anything you write in the message field
Nothing is collected passively. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, and no third party cookies on this site.
How the information is used
Your details are used to reply to your inquiry, quote your project, and communicate with you while the work is in progress. They are not added to a mailing list and are not used for any other purpose.
SMS messages and consent
Text messages are sent only to people who explicitly ask for them. Consent is collected through a checkbox on the quote form that is unchecked by default and must be ticked by you. It is never pre-selected, and it is never bundled into any other agreement.
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can submit the form, get a quote, and hire Ghaith Designs without ever agreeing to receive a text.
If you opt in, the messages you receive are about your own project. Typical examples are letting you know your logo concepts are ready to review, that final files have been delivered, or replying to a question you asked.
- Message frequency varies and depends on the stage of your project.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and nothing after that.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email raymainstreetwebb@gmail.com.
- Opting out of texts does not affect your project. Email and phone still work normally.
Who your information is shared with
Your information is not sold, rented, or traded to anyone. It is handled by Ghaith Alryahneh directly. The only third parties involved are the service providers needed to operate the site and deliver messages, such as the form processor and the SMS provider, and they may only use the information to provide that service.
How long it is kept
Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of work done. You can ask to have your information deleted at any time and it will be removed, other than anything required for tax or accounting records.
Your choices
You can ask to see what information is held about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email raymainstreetwebb@gmail.com and it will be handled.
