Ghaith Designs is a one person design studio operated by Ghaith Alryahneh. This policy explains what information is collected through this website, why it is collected, and what is never done with it.

What is collected

The quote form on this site collects only what is needed to answer you:

• Your name and your business name
• Your email address
• Your city and state
• Your mobile phone number, which is optional
• What you are looking for and anything you write in the message field
• If you tick the SMS consent box: the fact that you consented, the exact wording you agreed to, the page you agreed on, and the date and time

Nothing is collected passively. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, and no third party cookies on this site.

How the information is used

• To reply to your inquiry by text message, phone, or email.
• To quote your project and send you updates while the work is in progress.
• To provide customer care and support when you ask for it.
• To send marketing and promotional messages about design services, only where you have ticked the SMS consent box.

Your details are not used for anything else, and they are never handed to anyone else to use for their own purposes.

SMS messages and consent

Text messages are sent only to people who explicitly ask for them. Consent is collected through a checkbox on the quote form that is unchecked by default and must be ticked by you. It is never pre-selected, and it is never bundled into any other agreement.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can submit the form, get a quote, and hire Ghaith Designs without ever agreeing to receive a text.

By entering your mobile number and ticking that box you agree to receive marketing, promotional, customer care, quote request, and project update text messages from Ghaith Designs. Typical examples are replying to a quote you asked for, answering a support question, letting you know your logo concepts are ready to review, telling you the final files are ready, and occasional offers on design services. Text messages are never sent to a number that did not come through this form with the box ticked. No numbers are bought, rented, or imported from any list.

• Message frequency varies and depends on the stage of your project.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and nothing after that.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or email ghaithdesigns01@gmail.com.
• Opting out of texts does not affect your project. Email and phone still work normally.

Who your information is shared with

Your information is not sold, rented, or traded to anyone. It is handled by Ghaith Alryahneh directly. The only third parties involved are the service providers needed to operate the site and deliver messages, such as the form processor and the SMS provider, and they may only use the information to provide that service.

How long it is kept

Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of work done. You can ask to have your information deleted at any time and it will be removed, other than anything required for tax or accounting records.

Your choices

You can ask to see what information is held about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email ghaithdesigns01@gmail.com and it will be handled.
