These Terms govern your use of the Ghaith Designs website and services. By using this site or submitting the quote form, you agree to them. Ghaith Designs is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Ghaith Alryahneh.
The services
Ghaith Designs provides logo design, brand identity systems, and related design files for small businesses in the United States. Any price given is an estimate and does not become a binding agreement until both sides have agreed to it in writing.
SMS messaging terms
Program description
Two things only. Marketing: promotional offers about logo and brand identity services. Customer care: replies to quote requests, project status updates, letting you know your files are ready, and support for small business clients of Ghaith Designs.
How you opt in
By entering your mobile number on the quote form and ticking the SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default. Numbers are never bought, rented, imported from a list, or added any other way.
Opt-out instructions
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and nothing after that. Opting out is immediate and permanent, and that number will not be texted again.

Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the stage of your project. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can submit the quote form without ticking the box, hire Ghaith Designs, and get every reply by email or phone instead.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail on how your information is handled.
Acceptable use
You agree to give accurate information, to use this website lawfully, and never to submit another person's phone number without their permission.
Payment
Where a project is agreed, the price, the schedule, and what is included are set out in writing before any work starts. Nothing on this website is an offer of a fixed price on its own.
Intellectual property
Final design work produced for you becomes yours on full payment. Anything you supply, such as photos, existing logos, or copy, stays yours, and you confirm you have the right to use it. Concepts that are not selected and paid for remain the property of Ghaith Designs.
Limitation of liability
This website and these services are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghaith Designs is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website or these services.
Changes to these terms
If these Terms change, the updated date at the top of this page changes with them.
